Post 9/11 G.I. Bill® (Chapter 33)

To be eligible for Post 9/11 GI Bill® Chapter 33 benefits, an honorably discharged veteran or active-duty service member must have at least 90 aggregate days of activeduty service after September 10, 2001. Apply online at https://www.va.gov/education/how-to-apply/ by completing the VA Form 22-1990.

The Post-9/11 GI Bill also offers some service members the opportunity to transfer their entitlement to dependents. If the servicemember has an approved transfer for their dependent, the dependent will apply online https://www.va.gov/education/how-to-apply/by completing the VA Form 22-1990e.
