Submitting Official Transcripts to Enterprise State Community College

A transcript is considered official if:

  • It is mailed directly from the previous school or a recognized transcript service to Enterprise State Community College's mailing address:

    Enterprise, AL 36331
  • It is sent electronically through a recognized transcript service such as National Student Clearinghouse, Parchment, or Scribbles. Transcripts that are forwarded by the student or sent by email will not be accepted as an official transcript.
  • It is hand delivered in an originally sealed envelope. Transcripts that have been opened will not be accepted as an official transcript.
