College Policy Manual

The Enterprise State Community College Policy Manual is reviewed and revised periodically. Additions and corrections may be made at any time by properly authorized committees and
by the administrative staff of the college. Any policy adopted by the Alabama Community College Board of Trustees always supersedes conflicting information in the College Policy Manual.

Either when directed by the ACCS Board of Trustees, the ACCS Chancellor, or when necessitated by changes to federal and/or state laws and regulations or when otherwise determined necessary due to operational and/or management issues, the President or President's designee shall draft and propose new policies and/or provide amendments to current policies.

Proposed additions, deletions, and modifications to the Policies and Procedures Manual may be initiated in any of the following ways:

a. By the Board of Trustees

b. By the President or a Vice President ad

c. By a standing committee or ad hoc committee of the College

d. By any employee submitted to his/her immediate supervisor and/or dean

Unless otherwise stated in a specific policy, the President is hereby authorized to develop and implement administrative procedures and rules that are consistent with the Board's policies.
