Eligibility

In order to be eligible to receive Title IV federal financial aid at ESCC, a student must:

be admitted to ESCC as a regular student in a degree or certificate program;
be a citizen of the United States or an eligible noncitizen;
be enrolled at ESCC at least as a half-time student for most programs (minimum of six semester hours);
be registered with the Selective Service, if required;
maintain satisfactory academic progress as defined elsewhere in this section of the College Catalog and Student Handbook;
not be in default on a federal student loan or owe a repayment on a federal grant.
